June-2008 - Claim for damage caused by the subsidence of the column outside Flat2 causing damage in Flat4. The innitial conclusion was due to rotten timber in the column. The investigation (by Dennis Manning Associates, Consulting Engineers) showed it was the result of a collapsed drain in the garden of Flat2. Remedial work was carried out by I.J.Bullock. Claim for investigation and remedy was paid (appx £12,000)

Sep-2018 - Enquiry for claim regarding accidental damage due to external water ingress. Cause was not covered so claim was not pursued.
